Getting Ready for Shabbat
As machaneh (camp) was getting ready for Shabbat yesterday, we learned and practiced new Israeli folk dances as well as some new songs. Everyone showered, got dressed and after gathering to talk about our week, we all walked to the lake to greet Shabbat. Songs, dances and a lot of ruach ended the evening.
Today, chanichimot engaged in Jewce (study of the parasha), and in a series of Shabbat special Chuggim. Later in the evening they'll be participating in Musical and Medura. More about these activities coming later tonight.
